Taste for adventure
Caye Caulker
Caye Caulker, Belize
Traveling to Central America resulted in new inspirations. Fabulous Caye
Caulker island in Belize is a place where time is irrelevant and the only problem is
to open a coconut. A hitch-hike ride on a truck full of pineapples and limes is
by far better than riding limo. Every experience has its accompanying emotions
which cause the discovering desire to increase uncontrollably.
Not always. Sometimes the only wish is to stop the time. Laguna Lachua is a beautiful
lake of meteorite origin in Guatemala. The crystal clear water is close to thirty degrees
warm. Plenty of submerged crater rocks are phenomenally blended into the overall landscape.
It is an unforgettable feeling to be here at five in the morning to enjoy the
view highlighted by subtle wildlife sounds coming from surrounding jungle.
Natural wonders and unique coincidences. The hope in the eyes of a Honduran girl who just
has earned a dollar selling a doll made by her mother. A warm tropical rain on coffee plantation. Fantastic people met in the colonial towns and hot salsa rhythms
lasting all night long.

Road to Kashmir
Streets clean-up after Diwali festival, New Delhi
Twenty some hour jeep drive brings us right to the Kashmir near Pakistan
border. Our driver yawns subtly, which raises my concern. Particularly bearing in mind that this
huge ravine on the other side of the road is several hundred meters deep. On the average three cars per day
might fall. A beautiful, full of adrenaline route.
Sonamarg, Kaszmir
Sonamarg, Kashmir
Srinagar residents lead simple lives. In return they possess the beautiful valley and breathtaking trekking routes. Spiritual place. Rishikesh and long-awaited meal served with a
papaya lassi and ice cream at the foot of Himalaya with a view on Ganges
river turning up north. I wonder how this place might look like at the sunset.
For tonight I have no more questions.
Diu, an ex-portuguese island in southern Gujarat. A relief served by wind while riding
a motorbike along the Arabic Sea coast with lots of palm trees on the sides. We
wake up at dawn to buy freshly caught manta, barracuda and eel from fishermen. Combined with local vegetables and spices
we have an all day barbecue on the beach. As soon as it gets too hot I bodysurf
on waves. Nothing more nothing less. I appreciate life and the world for that they are so beautiful.
